Refund policy
We have a 30-day No Questions Asked return policy, whereby you can request for a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will refund you the balance after deducting a restocking fee (15% of the value of your order). The customer should also cover the cost of transporting the item back to our warehouse.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any items that do not fulfil the conditions for return.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours without any charge. For cancellations beyond 24 hours of ordering, it will be treated as a return, whereby a restocking fee 15% of the value of your order will be charged.
Damages and issues
Our processes include a thorough quality check before dispatching the items to you. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged/missing item, please kindly reach out to us via Whatsapp or email within 48 hours of receipt with photographs/videos clearly showing the damaged/missing parts.
We will offer a free replacement for any items that are seriously damaged in transit and are unable to be used normally. For damages of a smaller extent, we may offer a free repair or other forms of compensation that is acceptable to both parties.
While care has been taken in packing and transporting your items, there might be instances of minor damage that do not affect normal usage, such as small scratches or knocks (not exceeding length/diameter of 2cm). Please kindly note that these do not qualify for a free replacement. If you still wish to return/exchange the item, do kindly note that our usual return and exchange policies apply.
As furniture is measured by hand, do kindly note there might be slight variance in dimensions (+ - 2cm), and this would not qualify for free replacement as well.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), made-to-order/custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
All furniture come with a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects, defined as any pre-existing structural defects or breakages that affect the normal use of the item. During the warranty period, we will replace any item with manufacturing defects for free (subject to item availability) or offer other forms of comparable compensation if the item is no longer available. The warranty does not cover the following:
(a) damage/defects resulting from man-made reasons or reckless/negligent use;
(b) differences in colour tone or wood grain, occurences of knots and hairline cracks, and any other natural characteristics due to the hetereogenous nature of wood;
(c) minor, non-structural faults/cosmetic issues that do not affect normal usage of the item;
(d) natural cracks due to changes in environment moisture and humidity.
