Our raw materials undergo a rigorous picking process during production to minimise significant visual variances. However, you may still observe natural occurrences of knots, mineral streaks, hairline cracks and other small differences (please refer to the picture above). These do not constitute as defects and are not acceptable as a reason for refund.
